第1条（適用）

本規約は、Legal GPT（以下「当方」）が提供する「Japan Legal Reform Watch 日次メールダイジェスト」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。お申し込みの手続き（決済）を完了した方（以下「利用者」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。本サービスについては、Legal-GPT.com 利用規約に優先して本規約が適用されます。

第2条（サービスの内容）

1. 本サービスは、当方が運営するダッシュボード「Japan Legal Reform Watch」が日本の行政機関等の公表情報から新たに検出した更新のうち、利用者が選択した分野（またはすべての分野）に該当するものを、電子メールで配信するものです。
2. 各メールには、更新ごとの英語タイトル、日本語の原題、段階、情報源、公表日、AI要約（ある場合）、日本語の公式情報源へのリンクを記載します。公式の構造化データがある場合は、意見募集の締切の7日前・3日前・当日にリマインダーを記載します。
3. 1通のメールに記載する更新は25件、締切は20件までとし、それを超える分はダッシュボードへのリンクで案内します。新たに検出された更新は、1回だけ記載します（締切のリマインダーを除きます）。
4. 配信は原則として毎朝（日本時間）に行い、お知らせする内容がない日は配信しません。配信時刻は処理状況により前後します。配信メールは英語で作成します。
5. 本サービスは、ダッシュボードで公開している情報と同じ情報を、電子メールでお届けするものです。

第3条（料金および支払い）

1. 料金は、月払いが月額19米ドル、年払いが年額190米ドルとします。表示価格がお支払いの総額で、別途税金が加算されることはありません。決済ページでは、Stripe により現地通貨に換算した金額で表示・請求される場合があります。
2. 支払いは Stripe を通じて行います。初回はお申し込み時に、以後は各更新日に自動で決済します。
3. 月払いと年払いの切替えは、契約管理ページで行うことができます。切替え時の差額は、Stripe の計算による日割りで精算します。

第4条（契約期間および自動更新）

本サービスの契約は、月払いは1か月ごと、年払いは1年ごとに自動更新され、利用者が解約するまで継続します。

第5条（解約および分野の変更）

1. 利用者は、各配信メールおよびダッシュボードに記載の契約管理ページから、いつでも解約できます。
2. 解約は現在の請求期間の終了時に効力を生じ、それまでは配信を継続します。期間途中の解約による日割りでの返金は行いません。
3. 監視する分野を変更するには、現在の契約を解約し、新しい分野で改めてお申し込みください。

第6条（返金）

決済後の返金は原則として行いません。ただし、重複課金など当方の誤りによる請求については、決済後7日以内に info@legal-gpt.com までご連絡いただければ、確認のうえ返金いたします。

第7条（配信先）

1. 配信先は、決済時に入力されたメールアドレスとします。配信先の変更は、契約管理ページで行うことができます。
2. 利用者は、配信先のメールアドレスを正確かつ最新の状態に保つものとします。

第8条（本サービスの性質）

1. 本サービスは、法令・規制動向のモニタリングを補助するための一般的な情報提供です。法的助言、公式の翻訳、または日本の法令・規制動向を網羅した情報ではありません。
2. AI要約およびルールベースの表示には、誤りや欠落が含まれる可能性があります。日本語の公式情報源が優先しますので、判断や行動の前に必ず原文を確認してください。
3. 情報源の仕様変更、システムやメール配信事業者の障害等により、配信が遅れ、または行われない場合があります。

第9条（責任の制限）

当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、本サービスに関して当方が利用者に対して負う損害賠償責任は、損害の原因となった事由が生じた請求期間に利用者が当方に支払った料金の額を上限とします。

第10条（サービスの変更・終了）

当方は、本サービスの内容を変更し、または本サービスを終了することがあります。本サービスを終了する場合は、終了日の30日前までに配信先のメールアドレスへ通知し、前払い済みの料金のうち終了日以降の期間に相当する額を日割りで返金いたします。

第11条（個人情報の取扱い）

利用者の個人情報は、Legal-GPT.com プライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。決済には Stripe を、メールの配信には Resend（米国の事業者）を利用しています。

第12条（本規約の変更）

当方は、民法第548条の4の規定に従い、本規約を変更することがあります。変更する場合は、本規約を変更する旨、変更後の内容および効力発生日を、効力発生日の相当期間前までに本ページへの掲載等の方法で周知します。

第13条（準拠法および管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関して生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第14条（言語）

本規約は日本語版を正本とし、英語版は参考訳とします。

Japan Legal Reform Watch Daily Email Digest — Terms of Service

This English version is a reference translation. The Japanese version above is authoritative.

1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of the “Japan Legal Reform Watch Daily Email Digest” (the “Service”) provided by Legal GPT (“we”, “us”). By completing checkout (payment), you (the “Subscriber”) agree to these Terms. For the Service, these Terms take precedence over the Legal-GPT.com Terms of Service.

2. The Service

1. The Service emails updates that the Japan Legal Reform Watch dashboard operated by us has newly detected in information published by Japanese government bodies and similar official sources, limited to the area the Subscriber chose (or all areas).
2. Each email lists, for every update, the English title, the original Japanese title, the stage, the source, the publication date, an AI summary where available, and a link to the original Japanese official source. Where structured official data exists, it also includes public-comment deadline reminders 7 days and 3 days before closing and on the closing day.
3. Each email lists up to 25 updates and 20 deadlines; any further matches are referred to the dashboard by link. Each newly detected update is listed only once (deadline reminders excepted).
4. Emails are sent in the morning, Japan time, as a rule, and not on days with nothing to report. The sending time may vary with processing. Emails are written in English.
5. The Service delivers by email the same information that the dashboard publishes.

3. Fees and Payment

1. The fee is US$19 per month (monthly plan) or US$190 per year (yearly plan). The displayed price is the total amount payable; no tax is added on top. The checkout page may show and charge the amount converted into a local currency by Stripe.
2. Payment is processed by Stripe: at checkout for the first period, and automatically on each renewal date thereafter.
3. The Subscriber may switch between the monthly and yearly plans in the subscription management page. The difference is settled pro rata as calculated by Stripe.

4. Term and Automatic Renewal

A subscription renews automatically every month (monthly plan) or every year (yearly plan) until the Subscriber cancels it.

5. Cancellation and Change of Area

1. The Subscriber may cancel at any time from the subscription management page linked in every email and on the dashboard.
2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and emails continue until then. No pro-rata refund is given for a cancellation made during a period.
3. To change the monitored area, cancel the current subscription and subscribe again with the new area.

6. Refunds

Payments are not refunded as a rule. For a charge made in error on our side, such as a duplicate charge, contact info@legal-gpt.com within 7 days of the payment; we will refund it after review.

7. Delivery Address

1. Emails are sent to the address entered at checkout. The Subscriber can change it in the subscription management page.
2. The Subscriber shall keep the delivery address accurate and current.

8. Nature of the Service

1. The Service is general information that supports the monitoring of legal and regulatory developments. It is not legal advice, an official translation, or a comprehensive account of Japanese legal and regulatory developments.
2. AI summaries and rule-based previews may contain errors or omissions. The original Japanese official sources are authoritative; check them before relying on any information or taking action.
3. Emails may be delayed or not sent because of changes at the sources, or failures of our systems or of the email delivery provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability to the Subscriber in connection with the Service is limited to the fees the Subscriber paid us for the billing period in which the cause of the damage arose.

10. Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service

We may change or discontinue the Service. If we discontinue it, we will notify the delivery address at least 30 days before the end date and refund, pro rata, the prepaid fees for the period after the end date.

11. Personal Information

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Legal-GPT.com Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe, and emails are delivered through Resend, a provider based in the United States.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms in accordance with Article 548-4 of the Civil Code of Japan. A reasonable period before a change takes effect, we will announce on this page, or by other appropriate means, that these Terms are changing, the changed Terms, and the effective date.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.

14. Language

The Japanese version of these Terms is authoritative; this English version is a reference translation.
